REMOUNTING or RESETTING
You may wish to have jewelry made using your gemstones. This is one of our specialties we call remounting or resetting. All of the items shown on this page are jewelry items we made using our customers gemstones, and some were made using their precious metals as well. We are especially proud that customers have entrusted us with restyling their precious keepsakes. In each case we estimate the price first so you may plan your budget. If you wish to have jewelry made using your materials, you may opt for one of our stock designs, or choose to have an original design created for you. Either way, we remove your gemstones from their present settings, and place them in an actual size wax model of the new design. An original design is hand carved from a block of wax, our stock wax models are made by injecting wax into pre-existing molds. You will always have the opportunity to see and approve your gemstones in the wax model. When creating custom items, the final exact price will be quoted to you once the wax model is completed. If you do not approve the design, or the final price, you always get your original gemstones and mountings returned, and you owe us nothing for our work.
