Most retailers and etailers offer no service on the watches they sell. If you have a problem, they will remind you to mail your watch to the address shown in your warranty. At Reed & Sons you get us, giving you the service you would expect. It is not unusual for Reed & Sons to get a new free watch for our customers even if it is out of warranty.
We also adjust watch bands and change
batteries on watches purchased elsewhere.
